Had a very nice stay in this music themed hotel. The rooms were lovely and our son loved the cool vibe and the different themed floors. The outdoor pool area was very relaxing and a great facility to have in the centre of the city. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, but we found it quite difficult to order a drink or food at certain times of the day. The 20 minute wait for a gin and tonic in the sky bar (roof terrace) left us heading back to the downstairs bar where the atmosphere was actually much nicer. A lovely hotel, but more staff needed in some hospitality areas.

"Great location for Bernabeu, shops and restaurants. Skybar was lovely although hard to find any shade if you wanted it. Room was comfortable and breakfast brilliant. Only downside was the room was a bit dusty."
