Was für ein schönes Haus mit einer fantastischen Aussicht

Huset motsvarade våra förväntningar och området (som var nytt för oss) var trevligt med närhet till flera fina platser som vi besökte under våra 9 dagar här. Incheckningen gick smidigt och det var skönt att städning ingick efter vistelsen. Vi är mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet!

La casa esta perfecta y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una semana estupenda. Muchos detalles y buena calidad en todos los muebles y complementos. Una casa para disfrutar. La urbanización es lo que nos ha fallado un poco, pues aunque siempre esperas que haya un poco de soledad, en esta villa se puede decir que la soledad es lo suyo. A mi particularmente tener algún vecino pues hombre no me desagrada. Pero el conjunto de la semana de vacaciones ha sido estupendo.

Fantastisch huis op een fantastische plek in een heel mooie omgeving. Vanaf het terras met zwembad een schitterend uitzicht op de zee. Zeer compleet. Heerlijk zwembad.

Overall impression of this property was very good the owner is obviously refurbishing the villa part by part and the accommodation is lovely just the small stand alone bathroom that appears to need a little love. Kitchen is really nice outside cooking area also very good, plenty of space outside for sun beds and shaded area for eating, well kept pool, WONDERFUL VIEWS and sun all day. Benimeit is an area of Moraira we know well so were prepared to have to use a car to get around, steep driveway up to the house and tight turn in from the road took some getting used to but once mastered it was no problem. Would reccommend this villa.

we love moraira and have visited a number of times. this villa was perfect for two families. spacious, clean and comfortable. has amazing views with moraira and the sea in the distance. 1 area of caution is the driveway is secure behind an electric gate which is great, but very steep and not enough room to turn at the top (so you need to be comfortable reversing down a steep driveway) also some additional areas for improvement i couldn’t see any smoke alarms fitted (that i feel should be addressed immediately) and some minor maintenance is needed, pool light not working, but doesn’t distract this is a lovely villa

De villa is een echte aanrader. Wij reisden met 6 volwassenen, 2kindjes en 2 baby’s. Het was echt het perfecte huis, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en heel netjes. De keuken en buiten keuken zijn super uitgerust en voorzien van allerlei toestellen. Het uitzicht en het buitenleven zijn een echte troef van deze villa. Kortom prachtige vakantie.

Mooie villa, schitterde ligging, wel alleen met auto bereikbaar, maar het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot terras met comfortabele tuin- en ligstoelen.

Mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk terras. Goed geoutilleerde keuken. BBQ en buitenkeuken zijn erg prettig. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en flexibel m.b.t. ontvangst- en vertrektijden.

Prachtig zicht op zee, mooier dan op de foto's. Mooi en groot terras met een heerlijk zwembad. Het huis op zich is ruim en comfortabel ook aan de kleine dingetjes is gedacht zoals een Senseo. Gelegen in een rustige, groene villawijk, maar toch overal vlakbij. Aan supermarkten, winkeltjes en restaurantjes in de buurt geen gebrek. En last but not least is Moraira zelf ook super geen massatoerisme, gezellig en charmant.
