The grounds are beautiful and has a lovely outdoor seating area for warmer days. House is cozy, well equipped kitchen and lots of games - large living room. Beds are very comfortable. "Fantastic b&b. Amanda & Rob could not have done more to make sure we felt more welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The room was fab, very clean and well presented. The breakfast was spot on. The location was in the centre of Jedburgh with lots of choice for food and drink. Next time we return for the Jedburgh running festival we will definitely be back here. Brilliant to have a LGBTQIA+ friendly b&b."

"We arrived very late in the evening about 9:30pm and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or more helpful. They recommended a local takeaway that delivered and allowed us to eat our food in the bar and have a drink. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back."
