"Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house.
Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good.
Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes.
Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities.
Would certainly return."

"What a beautiful room with incredible views. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night away. All rooms are adjacent to the pub in a separate building. Opening French doors give a wonderful view. We ate at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!"

"Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery!
The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden."

"Great one-night stay at the Queens Head Hotel. Excellent location and convenient parking behind the accommodation (£15 overnight). Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious—old but quaint"

"Lovely stay, great rooms and facilities, excellent breakfast and location super close to town centre. Only thing I found strange was no way to charge your phone with a cable, unless you brought your own plug to fit the cable in (so I had to plug it into the back of the television). And the wall radiator in the bathroom was roasting hot so when I got out the shower I got burnt by it. No way to turn it off and we've had a heat wave in the UK"
"You will not be disappointed with The White Swan! The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the property is historical and centrally-located. The restaurant is amazing. We had dinner one night and breakfast both mornings. The quality of the breakfast is unmatched. The staff were friendly and professional. We will only be staying here when we return to Stratford."
"Very helpfull staff, outside terrace dining was very good and the food at dinner and breakfast was very good as well. One nice youch was the provision of fresh milk in the minibar. Parking seemed expensive but the norm for Cheltenham."
"Beautiful place, relaxing. Obviously, a tad expensive but it was worth it. Food was really good and cannot fault the service.
We stayed in the cottage, a bit hot but lovely."
"Great hotel, easy to park and room was really nice. No air con but there was a fan provided. Unfortunately tv did not work or the telephone. Receptionist said they were unaware and it couldn’t be fixed but offered access to the spa and drinks. However I already had access & had bought drinks in the spa. Spa would be very busy with day guests in the day. Breakfast was great and great choice available. "
"Didn’t say the air conditioning wasn’t working when I booked , also TV didn’t work in the room, reported to receptioni twice, 2nd time got the tv sorted.
However if knew the air conditioning wasn’t working I wouldn’t stayed on this occasion, terrible nightss sleep , away with work driving over 200 miles next morning"
