"The hotel was very clean and kept clean throughout the day. Our room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, clean bedding, trash, the staff was nice and always joyful in doing their jobs, I give those ladies a standing ovation.. The beach view was nice. The pool patio was spacious, but need to work on the lounge chair, they were broke. Comfortable beds. I would stay here again!"

"Do not book this hotel through Expedia. I booked a double bed and I was given only a king size bed, staff mentioned that booking through Expedia automatically books only a king bed even though we booked a double bed and there’s nothing that they can do about it. It was really uncomfortable having only a king bed for 4 adults. I reached out to Expedia and there was nothing that they can do about it either. Also we checked in at 3:30 when check in is at 4 and we did not got the room until around 5:30pm there was a lot of people in the lobby waiting."

"This was our first time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and modern the inside of the hotel looks. We had beach and pool access since the morning so we were able to enjoy the beach and amenities before check in. Check in process was very easy, staff was very helpful and nice! The food was good, not the best but not the worst. Only complaint would be the keycards would sometimes not work great at unlocking the door and we would have to try multiple times before the door would open. But besides that it was a great hotel and would definitely come back!"

"The hotel, overall, was very nice, clean and in a great location. A good breakfast buffet is available in the mornings. The only issue that I would mention was that the smoking out front of the main entrance was off-putting because it smelled really bad and it was quite egregious everyday that we were there. I wish management wouldn't allow smoking at the main entrance. Because of this, I will NOT stay in the future. If you don't mind the cigarette smoke every time you come in and out of the hotel, then this is a good option. For the price per night & heavy cigarette smoke, I won't return. Guess I assumed it would be a more upscale experience."

"The staff was excellent and perfectly attentive to any and all needs. The property is not kept up well though. The hinges on doors in the bathroom are rusted. The toilet is sized for a toddler. The amenities are very outdated. You can’t even stream on the tv’s. The towels are not adult size."
