Our room was clean and spacious and having a balcony was a perfect spot to have a beer after a long day - although it backed out on to the pickleball court, so be ready for that noise if you have the same room. Breakfast was excellent and the best of our trip. Other than the pickleball noise, the hotel was quiet and the pool area was wonderful. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Having bikes available was awesome and a perfect way to explore the town. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a spot close to the action."

"Great location on the edge of the old town. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go or you can borrow the hotels bicycles. Rooms are a bit dated but clean, comfortable with all the amenities you need. The pool was perfect. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds and a lovey water temperature. The breakfast has lots of options and never too busy. We ate dinner twice out of 4 nights here because the menu and food is delicious. The Garden Soul restaurant is just beautiful. However it is the staff that truly make this hotel. Every single person is so lovely, friendly and helpful. A real credit to the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay in Hoi An! "
