Please note, as a historic property, the house features a steep and narrow spiral staircase with low head height, which may not be suitable for very young children or guests with limited mobility.

    Step inside and discover a warm, inviting retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.

    The ground floor opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with exposed beams, soft neutral tones, and countryside views through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the essentials needed for self-catering stays. A rustic wooden, four-seater dining table provides the perfect setting for family meals, slow breakfasts, or evening drinks after a day exploring the Downs.

    Beyond the kitchen, the cosy living room offers a welcoming place to unwind. Sink into comfortable leather sofas beside the wood-burning stove, enjoy a film on the TV, or simply relax with a book while taking in the peaceful atmosphere. Character features including exposed brickwork, timber beams, and window seating add warmth and personality throughout the space.

    Upstairs, the cottage continues to impress with two beautifully styled bedrooms. The main bedroom is calm and spacious with soft lighting and elegant furnishings, while the upper turret bedroom creates a truly unique experience beneath the vaulted ceiling and charming angled windows.

    The modern, first floor bathroom features a large walk-in shower, bath heated towel rail and bright, contemporary finishes.

    Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful grounds and woodland surrounding the cottage, with mature trees, open lawns, and quiet countryside all around - ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply soaking up the tranquillity of this special setting.
