"We rented Alvin place for my nephew graduation. And it was perfect. He thought of everything. Beds was comfy, pool and spa was exceptionally. We wish we could stay longer. Definitely a house that made our trip.. one negative thing was just the rules about being outside and using outside items before 9pm. We wanted to do a late swim or hang by the fire pit but rules are rules I guess. Great place for the family."

"Honestly, me and my family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to wake up to with the family. Every morning, we would all get up and my dad would make breakfast in the kitchen with my mom and we would all get ready to go adventure around San Diego. After we finished adventuring, we would go back to lovely VRBO and have a glass of champagne and use the pool or hot tub which was so nice to relax in. It was also in a great location!! Everything was not far and at least 20 minutes away. Overall, this place really was wonderful and I am glad we booked it as a place where me and my family can reconnect and make memories."

"I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement” with me. They gave me a room that was straight out of SAW II, complete with a broken tv as well as random old appliances, rust stained dripping tub and sink, FLITHY, and blanket with cigarette holes, and the worst was a broken heater, it was FREEZING. I called to ask if they had. An extra blanket and it was a no."

"Room 232 is the room I stayed with my kids and we had a scary experience. First of all the place looks super sketchy. The worst part is on the cabinet next to our beds my 8 year old found a fully loaded magazine she grabbed it and was freaking out. I reached out the expedia because I booked with them and they were no help. The hotel has a kiosk that I didnt even feel safe to go. Definitely Not a place for a family to be in."
