"The most peaceful place to stay!My cockapoo and I took refuge here whilst our neighbour was having building work done. We had a great time. Lovely off-road walks right on the doorstep. No traffic noise whatsoever. There’s a well stocked village store for all groceries and we walked there most days to get supplies. I didn’t use my car all week. The cottage is very comfortable with all needs met including a very generous welcome pack. The double bed has a top quality mattress and luxury cotton bedding. It was hard to get up in the morning. The shower room is en suite.The kitchen has everything one needs plus a great coffee machine!I didn’t go to any pubs or restaurants so can’t comment on these. I was quite happy cocooning in the little cottage just enjoying the peace and tranquility. I didn’t want to leave! I felt like I’d left the world and its woes behind for a week. If you’re looking for the most peaceful place to recharge your batteries, this is the place to be."

"We had a fantastic time staying at Hearts of Oak! Emma was so friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the area, including a taxi service which was needed when we visited Chapel Down winery! The property itself is very cosy and clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay, including logs for the fireplace. The garden was also beautiful!"

"We had an amazing stay this weekend, and Bloom Stays with Sandra truly made the experience exceptional. The house was even better than the photos—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly luxurious. Everything was spotless, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. "We spent 3 nights at the lodge. The lodge was just the right amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. The lodge was clean and well maintained.There were a few downsides one was the water pressure. When using the sink in the kitchen the water in the shower would go cold and I unfortunately was not able to use the lovely tub as the water did not heat up after two attempts. Also the lighting around the lodge needs to be checked as on dark evenings it was difficult to see when returning from our days out. "

"A wonderful 4 nights spent at Romden farm, couldnt have been bette. It was great, just to open the back door and walk for miles with the dogs, come back chill out and relax in the hot tub in the evenings. At the big pond we enjoyed feeding the fish and watching the barn owl hunt at dusk. The barn was clean, comfortable and the perfect place to get away from everything. The owners made us feel so welcome we will definitley be back in the future."
