"We have been traveling to Charleston once or twice a year for the past 15 years. This was the first time staying at the Market pavilion. Best location in charleston, with an amazing rooftop and across the street from the Charleston market yet not noisy. Hotel might consider doing a better job with security around the pool when it comes to hotel guests and the many outsiders who frequent the roof top bar to drink and take in the views. Coffee bar and pastry fruits, located in each floor lobby is a nice touch. All in all staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we had an inexperienced front desk employee who made things a bit more challenging then it needed to be. Everyone else from the valet to the support desk staff and concierge was very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Beds were amazing and bathroom had everything. Overall very good stay and would recommend."
