"Over all good but very loud. I could hear anything and everything going on in the lobby or down the hall. "

"They need to make it clear there is no elevator on the two story property. The hot tub does not work. There is no protein with the breakfast we had eggs and tortilla. They had all breakfast staples except for grits, turkey bacon or sausage that little tweek could have regained them a star. Room was clean and tv was up to par with quality. Carpet was clean but no stopper to take a bath. Toilet sits kind of low but that might be a hotepthing. But in a crunch or if I need to save money and visit longer they will be my go hotel."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for 11 days and not once were the towels or bed sheets changed. When I raised this issue, the receptionist handed me a sheet and expected me to change it myself—completely unacceptable and not what anyone should experience at a hotel. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the bathroom ran out of toilet paper during the first two days with no effort from staff to restock or check on the room. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. This is not just poor service—it’s a serious failure in basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I paid for a hotel stay, not to clean and maintain the room myself. I expect a partial refund for this unacceptable experience. I will also be escalating this complaint further if it is not addressed promptly. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."

"Too close to hwy lots of noise"

"I was misled when selecting a room for the night by looking at the amenities and photos. Despite the warm weather, pool was closed for the season- service elevator had to be used because main elevators were out of service and the parking lot had retired mattresses piled up for removal. Our family could have saved ourselves time and money by just selecting a place without a pool that was on the route we were traveling on. "

"Staff was amazing and we love that it’s pet friendly and they accommodated us for our needs that we asked for. Staying here was a good choice overall. Very clean and quiet stay. Coming back soon!!! "

"My room smelled like sewer, it made it hard to relax & even snack in there due to how bad the smell was they did come in and spray something to help the smell but in the middle of the night it got worse. I was only there 1 night & just was more excited to leave than anything. "
