"The front desk staff are out of this world outstanding! So friendly and so helpful! The lobby is gorgeous. My room was clean and comfortable. It’s obviously an older hotel but very well-maintained. I highly recommend."

"The hotel was nice and quiet. I loved the ambiance inside-a perfect spot to take pictures, relax and spend time with family and friends. My only qualm was the location around the hotel was not as safe or the appearance of such. Consequently, I used the valet service instead of the self-parking option, but that service was great and very timely."

"Excellent stay!!! The room was super clean! Cleanest room I have stayed in. The staff were absolutely wonderful! From the valet to the check in. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Had a delicious dinner at their restaurant and Willie our server was awesome and super sweet! The best was having a market in the hotel to grab goodies and coffee in the morning without having to leave the hotel. Then to top it off, they allowed us to keep our car in the garage and held our luggage safely while we went on a college tour. Bummed we didn’t get to use the rooftop pool and bar because of the weather but snuck a peek and it looked inviting!!! Absolutely would stay here again!"

"I loved staying here, and have only three complaints. The AC in our room was barely adequate. It was way better than nothing, but it really could have been much cooler. The larger complaint is that the lounge closed so early, like 10:30. Why? Also, that lounge is where the breakfast or brunch is supposed to be served, but it was way understaffed and people were just waiting at the podium even to be seated....we bailed after ten minutes or so. It worked out fine, though, as we found other places to eat right outside and I'm sure much cheaper."

"After literally hundreds of trips to Baltimore, I can truthfully say this hotel is the most convenient and accommodating property we have visited. It is always very clean and the staff is professional and friendly. The parking is the easiest and cheapest in the city! The hotel is a great value in a safe and convenient location. It is an easy walk to Little Italy, Fells Point, the Inner Harbir and only a little over a mile to Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. This will be our go to Baltimore accommodation for all future trips. "
