Stunning Mountain Views on 8 Acres with Hot Tub, sleeps 10

"All in all, we had a lovely time at The Escape cabin. We were 3 couples so it was very nice having our own bed and bath. The property was clean and nicely appointed, but there are a few areas that need a little attention: 1-the hot tub never really got hot. 2- the sliding door on the 3rd floor tub/shower kept coming off the track(even after maintenance came to fix), and 3-the water pressure in the primary shower was very low and floor a bit slippery when wet. The positives definitely outweighed those few negatives. For instance, the location was perfect, just minutes off the highway and just minutes to the cute Town of Saluda. Beautiful mountain views with lots of seating. Awesome fire pit with plenty of wood to burn. Comfy beds and spacious bedrooms. And great communication with Host, Ken who provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and glasses. Nice touch for sure! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"The Caboose is a charming place to stay in historic downtown Saluda. It has been well restored inside and is very comfortable with a large bedroom, a large walk-in closet with plenty of room to put your stuff away. There are two porch areas to sit when the weather is warm and pleasant. We did not cook in the Caboose but it appears to have what you need if you plan to do that. One of the benefits for us was being able to walk to dinner each evening. It was a really unique place to stay -- but not quirky in a bad way -- just a good way! The code for the door was easy to use and the host was quick to respond to my questions."

"We have stayed here 2 years in a row. The farm house is a beautiful place. We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the mountains. The farm house was big enough for our group of 8. Ken kept us posted on the weather. Even though we had rain on Saturday we enjoyed playing games and watching TV by the fireplace. We will definitely stay again."
