The staff were lovely very helpful
Room service was very good food was lovely
But we were next to a fire door and it keeps on banging every time people walk through and very squeaky floor boads

"I had to cancel my room as it was in poor condition with stained / torn carpets and the bathroom was really substandard - I'd really expect better from the Hilton name. I had a book another room last minute after 9pm at the other Hilton down the road in York."
