Keep your shoes on in your room
Hotel has bad smell and so did our room. Carpets were so old and used they looked like they had been kept outside in a muddy back garden. Bathroom was better but not much. New sink and clean toilet though. As for the climate control, there was a door to communial balcony, so if you didn’t want to boil with the crazy amount of heat in the room you were forced to keep the door open, exposing yourself to anyone from the other rooms on your floor and also the noise from the local main road.

hotel was surrounded by green fields/open spaces
I was very disappointed that the television did not work for two of the nights. On the Saturday morning the power was off so we could not shut the door of the bathroom which was completely dark. Very disappointing to say the least.

Reasonable value for the price. Biggest problem was, in our room the WC was up a steep set of stairs. Nor convenient at all.

A place to put your head but disappointing...
Hotel seems like a place for work crews to place their heads with little else. Carpets are stained and well past their replacement. Shower was riddled with fresh red mold across the floor - should have been bleached clean. Room is very basic - even without a hairdryer.

Good room for a winter stay. Less good for summer because there's no aircon. Room cleaners use lots of chlorine which they spill on the carpets and corridors leaving many bleachmarks.

a great location, a great place~!
the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. everyone at the hotel, no matter what there function was, were all very professional, courteous, and nice. we had a wonderful weinersnitzel covered with a fried egg and bacon underneath. it was delicious. we opted for the breakfast buffet which was also very well presented. free parking was a plus as well.

Hotel staff were excellent,however the condition of the hotel,cost of food and other items were expensive,management could have a great business if more quality time were spent on looking after customers,being more friendly and re-furbishing the premises.
