Enjoyed our stay, staff gave great recommendations for places to eat at. Easy to walk to different museums, shopping and the palace. Only weird thing was our TV had a habit of turning off and doing "system updates" multiple times which was bizarre and slightly frustrating.

our stay was good but not as much as we were expecting. the breakfast was good, the room comfort was ok but the chairs in the room was dirty, towels were not smelling good and the city view was not like the thumbnail photo..

Very convenient location. Clean and lots of storage space to put stuff. Wish the outside of the hotel can be cleaner. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good, clean and nice breakfast. Parking cost extra as the hotel doesn’t have own parking even if it was a „bookable“ and included in the Expedia app. In general a good hotel with good location in the city.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a central location

This hotel was a pleasant surprise- nice, clean and spacious room and a bathroom with a proper bathtub :) (you may possibly ask for a room without it too, I did not check). The location is good- just a couple of minutes walk to the main pedestrian shopping street, and the staff were on the whole quite friendly and service-minded. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good, with plenty of different food to choose from. We enjoyed our 3-night stay here, and would definitely come back to stay at this hotel :)

Efficient staff, yet could have been more friendly. For me this was an expensive hotel option. Particularly liked having a small fridge in my room, a bit odd having the kettle etc in a cupboard though!
