"I enjoyed my stay. My room was comfortable. I loved the sofa/sauna area. The breakfast buffet was good but I would have liked some more variety. The gym needs a lot of help too."

"Fantastic location, right next to train station. But, basically, this place is like a conference centre and rooms look out onto internal offices. Big air conditioning units take up space in room rather than them being integrated. Staff were friendly and resolved an issue we had with our first room by re-rooming us. Breakfast was ok. Nice bread /pastries and coffee. Cooked buffet was limited. We were excited about using the spa before we found out it was a naked one and you couldn’t wear a swimsuit- no thank you! Also, it came at an additional cost which wasn’t clear to us at the time of booking. "

"I had a lovely single room that looked out into a rooftop. Unfortunately the entire hotel had access to the rooftop. I was surprised to be lying in bed and suddenly having strangers walk by my room and looking in. There was also a slightly chemical smell in my room which disappeared slightly during my stay. The breakfast was great."

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"
