Very convenient
Stayed here while attending a conference at the World Forum. It was extremely convenient! The hotel was under renovation so less services than normal but I still enjoyed breakfast. Would have liked a little more diversity of choices over the week.

Stayed for 3 nights 1st to 4th of September. Individual rooms, but travelled with 4 friends (to get a second parkrun Z...!) The hotel is located in the diplomatic area of the city. With a short walk of a tram stop, and Rotterdam is a short train ride away. We found getting the 3 day Pass worked well for us, as we mostly used the trams. The hotel was clean and bright, with a shop in the lobby, where one could buy hot and cold drinks and snacks. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Mirjam on Reception, who was very kind to me. And the team of domestic staff who ensured my room was spotless.

Only the slippery bath enamel!
My one concern was with the slippery bath enamel and needing to use "grab bars" that were not designed for the purpose. Perhaps a roll-up mat could be provided to guests to use as they please?

Great location and easy to access by public transit. Our biggest issue was that we were in an accessible room which had a spare door in the bathroom which you’re unable to lock from the inside (likely for emergency situations), but one night the door was opened by staff ( we were told accidentally) at 5 in the morning which made us feel a bit unsafe given that anyone could access the room at any time. The staff at the front didn’t address it directly but when we did they did apologize but just something to be mindful of if you get a similar room.

Friendly, convenient, safe, comfortable rooms. However ... the doors are constantly slamming shut which makes for a noisy experience if you hope to sleep. Also, the shower is quite slippery when wet and should either be replaced with a non-slip texture or have a rubber bath mat as option.

We love Ruby and Isabella
The stay was overall great. Seeing Ruby and Isabella each morning was splendid! They were so kind and accommodating. First class employees! If I ran a large hotel, I would definitely hire Ruby and Isabella.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a fantastic aroma. It stood out every time we walked in the hotel. It was clean and quiet. We will stay there again.

Excellent service from staff. Friendly and professional. The room was mazing, clean and well litt. No usb chargers :-( also, the phone in the room was very dirty. All the rest was superb.

Very well located between in a modern and quiet area. The staff is accommodating and friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel, though, looks much more stylish on the website than in reality. The parking is also more expensive than what's announced on the website. And there is no other option for parking a car as public parking along the street is not possible. So count 45€ extra per day.

Our stay at Novotel Den Haag World Forum was very nice. The reception staff was very friendly and helped us accessing the parking when there was an issue the parking appeared full. We had a party on the beach and the reception staff helped us find the right address for taxi drop off. The hotel room was large and comfortable with a much appreciated Nespresso machine. We would book the hotel again without a doubt.

Can you call this a 4 star hotel?
If you are a family never even think of this place... tiny lobby with a single sofa, no room service, no restaurant serving food, the hotel is away from any shops in a offices and massive conference halls zone. If it is a weekend, it’s a ghost town. Misleading images from hotels.com. Beach is around good 10-15 minute drive. Parking costs 30 euros. Cheaper business hotels or a cheapest B &B will do everything definitely better than this place. This is a just a business hotel which doesn’t have any facilities for a leisure guests other a bed and a shower. There are so many amazing places to stay in this beautiful city. So don’t make the same mistake like us.

Easy to access by car from major roads. No shops in direct vicinity but they sell drinks and snacks at reception. Make sure you park in parking 1 and not 2 because you otherwise have to walk all around the forum building with your suitcases in the rain.
