"Overall excellent. Great location and had a quiet-corner 1 bedroom apartment which was clean & spacious with kitchenette. Two things to watch out for here: 1. Check-in (approx 2.30pm) took forever with a massive line of people and only 2 staff on the front counter which was annoying after many, many hours of travel. On a busy afternoon, you won't get much change out of 45 mins for check-in. 2. You cannot phone reception from your room and have to visit the front desk in person for any issues, questions or requests that arise during your stay. This is incredibly annoying, especially as there consistently seemed to be a solid lineup at reception for both check-ins and general queries. You can try just phoning the hotel number from your phone, but even when I tried that there was no answer. Apart from those 2 shortcomings the room itself was most excellent and reasonably priced, and I will definitely stay again."

"The property was well maintained and very stylish. The room was comfortable and very quiet despite the inner city location. I found it odd that I had to pay for the entire stay upfront, even though there was no mini bar or any real amenities. The rooms are serviced every other day, which was a little tricky with tiny trash cans in the rooms. The laundry was handy but one dryer was broken and it wasn’t clear if this was being fixed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the quad room to families."

"The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and from the 18th floor we had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast, which was changed every morning, was lovely. The staff were very friendly, especially Pinky, who remembered my name after one interaction at check in. The hotel is a small walk to Southern Cross Train Station and the trams are not far either. There are a range of restaurants near the station and a good sized outlet. I enjoyed the hotel and would easily stay there again."
