"It’s a nice small inn for staying a couple of nights. The room must be recently renovated with a nice bathroom. The only surprise was that I booked with breakfast but the hotel only provided a simple breakfast ; coffee and toast. Otherwise you need to pay extra. I wish they stayed more information on their booking information regarding the breakfast options. To me it’s a little bit too cheap for them to operate their business in this way."

"Amazing location. Bikers pub, excellent motor bikes and people. Atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The plumbing needs sorting! Every time we turned a tap/ shower on the noise of the pipes was awful, especially in the night. Probably keeping guests awake. Overall great stay, food, hospitality."

"Clean but like some old buildings, plumbing is a challenge. A shower where it was impossible not to spill water on the floor! But the room was clean and comfortable."

"Booked several months in advance to ensure we could get 4 double rooms with one fully accessible room. Checjed a few weeks before due to stay and was advised we had 4 doublecrooms adjacent to each other and all were fully accessible. We arrived separately and the fist 3 rooms were neither adjacent nor accessible. After a tussle with the receptionist, we were allocated one fully accessible room. I appreciate there are restrictions on a property of this age but why a promise that wasn”t/ couldn’t be met? "

"For what you pay, this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hereford, but it is really a room only property. It is situated a couple of miles outside Hereford, in a quiet countryside setting, so is nice to unwind at. There is a continental breakfast available for only £5, but this could not be booked through the Expedia site. There is a communal kitchen and dining room, so you can either make something yourself, or order in a deliveroo. The room was a good size, clean and functional, with plenty of storage for your clothes. The bathroom was a good size, with a nice corner shower unit. There is limited manning of the front desk, but there are contact numbers if you have a problem. Having said that, the 2 members of staff on reception that i met were both welcoming and helpful, so do not get put off by this. Would i stay there gain, most certainly."
