"Cute little place. I didn’t realize places in Colorado didn’t have AC so that was a little bit to get used to and it was definitely hot upstairs. She did offer extra fans but if it’s hot be prepared for that. The spiral staircase was a little difficult to get suitcases upstairs. House was stocked very well. Good location. We seen deer in the backyard."

"I don’t think we could have found a better property for our family of 10 ages 6-73. Easily could have fit another family or 2. Very well stocked with things to occupy the kids, the hot tub was in excellent condition, and the layout of the home itself had so many different areas for the families to have their own space. Basement is like its own 2 bed/bath apartment with its own mini kitchen. Upper loft did get warm during this mid-August heat wave but there were at least 15 fans placed throughout to help draw in the cool air at night. Spotted plenty of mule deer roaming the property and the humming birds were around constantly. Beautiful views in all directions."

"If you are looking for luxury with a view, this is your place. I can’t imagine Estes Park having a better place to stay. The panoramic views of the mountains were breathtaking! Hands down, one of the best luxury stays we’ve ever had. The double island and large table in the kitchen was where we gathered most of the time, whether it was eating/snacking and having cocktails or playing card games at night. It was an unforgettable family vacation!"
