"My experience was disappointing due to the poor service and staff behavior. This applies to the reception, room service, and bellboys. While the room was decent, it certainly doesn't meet 5-star standards. The only advantage is the hotel's excellent location, but there are many other hotels in the same area. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay."

"Beautiful stay, very nice hotel, Polynesian style. Green and lovely territory, spacious rooms. Great staff, super supportive and friendly and knowledgeable. Good breakfast, nice variety. Great food service on the beach and next to the pool. Only minus - there are no dedicated adults area, neither next to the pools or on the beach, so kids everywhere. If only administration would get separate area for adults - it would be perfect!"

"From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming towards me and my two sons. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were kept clean at all times. The pool was clean and maintained a good temperature. The beach area was great my only wish would be to have some seating by the beach. We love the staff, the location and the managers and the concierge. The guys that clean our room were amazing "
