Staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was a problem and they were super friendly. Hotel is spotless, food really good also. Alcohol is quite expensive but that’s Dubai!

Hotel and facilities were generally great, plenty of different pools and areas to choose from - particularly liked that some of the smaller/childrens pool were shaded. The First Collection Dubai Business Bay
Great staff super friendly and helpful! Room service is pretty good too! Great location from airport and Dubai mall. The only issue id raise is the cleanliness - rooms were okay cleaned still dusty and poorly vacuumed - bathroom could be cleaned more but nothing to pressing .
