"The price is usually cheaper, but it is not well managed. Cleanliness was an issue , I had to change apartment due to cockroaches in 2 previous rooms. My final room was good size and cleaner. But there is no cleaning, if you stay 2 weeks , no cleaning for two weeks.... Residents also leave bins outside of the door instead of taking it to the shoot. "Good location and gorgeous building. Amenities in the unit can be upgraded. The furniture in the unit is cheap and not comfortable (sofa, bed, balcony furniture etc.). Bathroom ameniities were quite basic as well. We were asked to pay a security deposit with no communication as to when we will receive the credit back.
