This accommodation is one large apartment with 5-6 bedrooms. You are renting a bedroom and have access to the kitchen, living room, etc., shared with anyone else who is staying there. After finally finding the place after 2 hours of searching, I left and checked into the Ramada next door. "

"This review is solely for this property- Maison Privee Address at JBR - 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment should not have been listed as a 5 star and should be more in line of a 3 star. The location on JBR is ok, but it is at the very end and traffic is horrible. The apartment is filthy. Floors are dirty, walls are full of scratches and visible signs of dirt, showers are full of mold, living room patio was not accessible because the door was not opening (several contractors came and checked...

"Il y a eu une explosion d’eau chaude dans ma chambre, toutes mes affaires étaient mouillées deux jours avant de partir ou un jour avant de partir. J’ai demandé à un remboursement par rapport aux affaires qui ont été endommagés, ils me parlent chinois la caution, ils m’ont dit que je devais la voir, mais soi-disant quand je serai parti au final, je l’ai toujours pas eu, ils m’ont changé d’hôtel encore heureux qui m’ont surclassé, ils mettent beaucoup de temps à répondre quand il y a des incidents...

"Very disappointing experience When we arrived, we found out it’s a shared room — which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The place is mixed with men and women, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hot (especially in Dubai). The owner and management were unhelpful and didn’t try to fix anything. Definitely not worth it — I don’t recommend this place at all."
