"This was my 3rd stay with this hotel and i can never fault it The staff are soo friendly and welcoming. Always looking after us and making sure our stay is as welcoming as possible. The staff are really friendly with my kids and the concierge staff do a great job. No hotel can be a good experience without exceptional staff and i must say the staff here are exceptional. I will be booking my next years visit again soon. "

While the room was decent, it certainly doesn't meet 5-star standards. The only advantage is the hotel's excellent location, but there are many other hotels in the same area. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay."
