"It’s an old property that smells of mildew my mattress was old. I was supposed to stay 5 days but checked out after the first nite"

""During my stay, the television in my room lost signal for several hours. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member came to my room to inspect the issue. Although he confirmed there was no signal, he claimed this was 'normal' due to weather conditions. I pointed out that my friend in the adjacent room had no issues streaming, and the televisions in the hotel bar were functioning perfectly. Rather than investigating further, the staff member simply shrugged and stated there was nothing he could do. I found this lack of troubleshooting and dismissive attitude quite disappointing.""

"Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Parking was good. walking distance to food and shopping. Only downfall (as with most hotels) no shower pressure/crappy shower head and always seemed humid in the room even with the a/c down to 70."

"I do not like the way tgey charge for parking lot . 27.00 a night. Crazy I was so tired to cancel and look for another stay.. never again "

"We couldn’t be happier with this property! Check in went smoothly. Our hostess was extremely warm and friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet. We enjoyed the backyard and pool daily. We couldn’t ask for anything better. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Miami."

"Ideal location close to FIU and easy access to highways. The office area was an unexpected bonus for a quiet place to work. Bedrooms met our needs perfectly. Pool was great, but unable to control temperature. Recommend host provide clear instructions on that. "
