"The room was big and had a nice kitchenette area. Very useful for multiple day stay. And the proximity to restaurants, and other stores, was a big plus. The hotel itself was quiet, though Franklin traffic noise made me wish I had a higher floor. I was on the 7th and probably should have been about 10th or above."

"Very friendly, accommodating staff. Lovely decor, although I'd spring for a better room next time to have windows that offer daylight (our regular room looked into a tight, dark space facing other rooms, so the room was very dark). The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Happy hour was great -- my dog loved the space and was welcome nearly everywhere. My husband loved the comfortable bed. I loved the wallpaper in the bathroom and the bright yellow doors. There is a bar or something on the roof and a hopping restaurant on the first floor, but we didn't hear a peep in our room, which was nice for our nervous pup. Lots of tourist hotspots are just a few steps away from the hotel. South Street, Society Hill and lots of other great areas are within walking distance, so we really liked the area. The hotel had a lot of wedding activity when we were there -- everyone seemed to be having a great time. Check this one out. It's a gem."

"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Element Philadelphia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food to choose from. A special shout-out to the breakfast team, who were always cheerful and attentive, keeping food, juices, and beverages constantly replenished. They regularly checked on us to see if we were enjoying our breakfast or needed anything else. It was such a pleasure to start each morning with their warm hospitality. The reception staff were just as wonderful, always welcoming, pleasant, and ready to help with a smile. What stood out most was how genuinely caring everyone was. It really made us feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Element Philadelphia for making our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! We would certainly stay here again and happily recommend this hotel to others. We will definitely return. Thank you!"

"The Cambria is excellently located on Broad Street just south of the Philadelphia City Hall. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and the hotel is located on and between subway and bus lines that got us everywhere we wanted to go from the Delaware to Rittenhouse Square and along Broad Street. There are three elevators in the lobby, but only one was working during our stay. We were glad our room was on the third floor, though we enjoyed a previous stay on a higher floor in large measure for the view toward the river. The 30th Street Station is a short Uber ride or a ride on the public transportation system. Waits for the SEPTA trains can be long, though the buses run more frequently."

"We have stayed here many times because our son and his wife live close by in Philly. Our room this time was louder at night due to the proximity to the road. We live in the country, so we are used to it being very quiet at night. Antonio was very helpful and got a new room for us which was much quieter. We were so grateful to him! Thank you Antonio!"
