"My wife really enjoyed a morning at the spa. The pool was clean ,quite large and well designed. Some of the staff were very friendly and competent. Others were just going through the motions. Our room was large with a great view from the balcony. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and well stocked."

"Amazing place for kids. Zoo like aquarium with ocean life easily watchable and lots of activities on site. Actually better than most ocean aquariums. Food is expensive. And with 10% VAT tax and 15% gratuities on every purchase you can easily spend $100 a day per person. Much more if you eat at restaurants. Place is big. We walked around 3 miles a day. There are pools everywhere so this much walking is not required but if you want to see everything offered you will be walking a lot. "

"We stayed at this villa recently and overall had a mixed experience. Inside, the property was very clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable. The host provided clear instructions for check‑in and was always prompt and helpful with communication, which we really appreciated. Montageau Beach is about a 20‑minute walk from the villa, and the sidewalk along the route made it an easy and enjoyable walk during the day. However, there were some downsides. We did not feel comfortable being outside the villa after dark, and the surrounding area felt less safe than expected. It’s also important to note that you will need a car or plan on using cabs for groceries and restaurants—there aren’t many options within walking distance. One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing advertised a pool, but it was not available during our stay. Additionally, while the inside was well maintained, the exterior of the villa is quite run‑down and could really use an upgrade. Overall, this property has potential and some solid positives, but a few key issues held back our experience. "

"Well laid out property. Villa was clean and perfect for our group of 8. Staff were all friendly. We loved the garden and access to fresh eggs. Starbucks and strip mall with grocery store are a 5 min walk. Loved having a washer/dryer on site. Two small things: hot tub, never really hot, more like luke warm and one of the beds was well past its prime but other than that no complaints. This is a great place to stay!!!"

"The hosts were over the top in terms of service. We were a family of 13 aged from 1 to 72 and we all agree top notch!! One small issue the host couldn't have known about but when we pointed it out there were 2 maintenance guys there asap!!"

"Very comfortable and functional and the host was responsive. I appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. The cloths line in the shower for drying wet items isn"t useful for anything weighing more than 2 ounces. I ended up hanging things on the shower curtain rod."
