"Definitely enough things to do with the kiddos and family all together. Staff was super friendly and food was delicious although a little to much $$$$ for the food for sure :). But overall we will be coming back again. Only recommendation is to make any reservations you want before you get there."

"When we arrived to the hotel, the lobby smelled like a sewage. We were not served any drinks upon arrival. The receptionist, Wilbur, who checked us in did not explain the resort amenities, restaurants, nor inform us about reservations for dinner. I had a rude server during dinner at the Bahama steakhouse restaurant. The bar tenders were extremely friendly, as well as the showtime workers. The hotel room itself was very clean. Food met my expectations."

"We loved our stay in a Studio unit - well equipped kitchen, spacious washroom, very comfy bed and bedding and a lovely veranda which was private. The property was well looked after and the foliage, garden and pool areas were very peaceful and quiet. We used the outdoor kitchen on several occasions, and the BBQ super clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating including arranging airport pickup and drop off with local taxis. We also used the shuttle as we had not booked a rental car. The location was in a residential area with access within walking distance to a market, coffee shops, and restaurants. We loved Silk Cotton Villas."

"It was a wonderful property for our group. 3 pools which were great and nice to have a restaurant on the property. A bit dated but worth it "

"We stayed at this villa recently and overall had a mixed experience. Inside, the property was very clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable. The host provided clear instructions for check‑in and was always prompt and helpful with communication, which we really appreciated. Montageau Beach is about a 20‑minute walk from the villa, and the sidewalk along the route made it an easy and enjoyable walk during the day. However, there were some downsides. We did not feel comfortable being outside the villa after dark, and the surrounding area felt less safe than expected. It’s also important to note that you will need a car or plan on using cabs for groceries and restaurants—there aren’t many options within walking distance. One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing advertised a pool, but it was not available during our stay. Additionally, while the inside was well maintained, the exterior of the villa is quite run‑down and could really use an upgrade. Overall, this property has potential and some solid positives, but a few key issues held back our experience. "
