"Everything about this home is what was expected and more. The house is quiet, the view was nice and the waterfall feature was great to sit by and have coffee or wine (depending on time). The beds were very comfy and there are plenty of towels and kitchen gear to use, I never felt without. Close to everything, dock, town and everything you need. Communication with Chris was easy and quick, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this home. My family and I will return."

"This was a great property for my husband,myself and our two pups. It is nice and roomy. Well stocked with supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. It's also very close to the London Bridge area but in a nice and quiet residential location. We enjoyed our stay."

"This home was just what we were looking for. It was close to the Lake and also near our friend's home during our visit for the Desert Storm events in Havasu.You could pay more for a place with a pool and or hot tub, but otherwise the home had everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for a boat or RV if needed. We had one glitch with the Wifi and Lee responded quickly to help. "

"From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The check in process was so easy and everything was clean and well stocked. We felt the location was absolutley perfect, with great a great view. The communcication with the owners was fantastic and they couldn't have been more helpful with advice on where to go to eat to helpful things to do. We definatley stay again... we are already planning our next trip."

"This house was a perfect rental for our band. When we checked in some items were missing and broken and we let the PM team know. They fixed it right away! I was seriously impressed by their attentiveness to our needs. Everything was super clean and tidy. The only thing is the twin bunk bed area is not a “room” it’s a closet that’s attached to a bedroom. It’s located between the bedroom and bathroom it shares which we felt was deceiving. However if you’re sharing the house with another couple with kids it works. I would stay there again if we needed it for another gig weekend. "

"Pool was cleaned once per week. Lots of leaves and debris from trees and landscape into the pool. We skimmed the pool every day. Pool and spa/hot tub are heated at the renters expense.Spacious Three bedroom house. Nice patio area around pool. Garage really not available. Location is on north side of town. Nice area, but several miles from downtown area and London Bridge etc."

"This it was no more than 10 minutes from any thing you would want to do. Jason was an is very nice for a single traveler like myself. Nicely located in north Lake Havasu City with lots of entertainment, dinning and attractions close by. Check in communication was a breeze with Jason. Room was clean, cozy with a nice yard to hang out in. Highly recommend to anyone who will be in the area."
