"The staff were not at all friendly or accommodating."

"Parking was a little tight if you have a full size SUV like we did. But it was very safe & secure. Reception & cleaning staff were all very nice & friendly. They are not a big hotel hain and the promises were not modern like the new hotel chains nowadays, but the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff & the great customer service they provided more than made up for the outdated building. And we have most of the amenities that new hotel chains provide, like microwave, coffee maker fridge, smart TV, etc. Over all, we had a really nice stay with them. "

"Las máquinas de agua, hielo y bebidas en los edficios estaban vacías, había que ir al edificio principal. El ruido durante la noche de otros huéspedes fue bastante molesto hasta las 4 de la mañana y el olor a marihuanas en los pasillos era basta fuerte. NO HAY VIGILANCIA!!!!"

"Airport shuttle was easy to arrange and the driver was available to take us back to the airport at 3 AM. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"Room and common areas are clean. Room was updated. Sink drain seemed to have been backed up water took some time to go down and air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room but thankfully I can open the window. But being next to the airport it was loud with window open. Only stayed there for our last day in California for an early morning flight. For our purpose the stay was satisfactory. "

"This is an excellent choice for staying near the airport. Liked the shuttle service and the breakfast hit the spot! As a disconcerting traveler; when I need to stay near the airport when flying in/out this will be my first choice. "
