"Limited parking under building. No breakfast. Shutters used for window coverings. Some shutters not functioning. You can hear outside noise."

"There was a hair in the bathtub and the room didnt smell clean. I sanitized it because I have littles. I called front desk and they came to clean the tub. You cant control the room temperature so I had to ask for a heater. I also had to call for more toilet paper because they didnt have an extra roll readily available. The parking here is $45/night. That's just insane and highway robbery. They need to lower that fee because there is another hilton property down the street that charges $25. The staff was great though. They recified all my concerns in a teimely manner. The room was decent and the beds were comfy. There is an indoor pool which is great for kids. The breakfast was decent. They have an omlette bar,which was pretty good. So it wasn't a bad stay. They really need to lower those parking fees though. "

"Parking was easy and secure. The room was very nice. I found the bed hard and internet was spotty at best. Often not available. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk however was less than. No recycling available (important to me). Maintenance was weak. Tub drained slowly. TV turned on unexpectedly at 2:00 am and could not be turned off but shut off by itself and then repeated this sequence until morning. The reason this was so frustrating was that it lit the room like it was early morning. My husband didn’t sleep all night. "

"I never received my deposit back and I have tried calling for the last 2 days and I cannot get anyone on the phone from the hotel it’s a complete nightmare please someone get in contact with me"

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and loved it! We have 4 kiddos and this is the second time we have stayed here and have zero complaints. The breakfast is good, rooms are great and the kiddos loved the pool. Im sure we will be back! Its located close to shopping and restaurants and there is a BART station within walking distance. "
