"We got room on second floors and there is no elevator, imagine taking all your belongings to your room thats already ruined our first day, asked for help the house keeping couldn't even tell us where is our room! Enjoyed the pool except we couldn't get another pool towel only 1towel per day that was the staff said! It was raining the towel got wet, returned the wet one so I can dry towel instead! On the that we checked out my bills more than what on Expedia summary apparently they charged for parking fee too, why do have to charged for parking fee too?? It said resort so they can charged resort fee but you dont get resort amenities?? Oh yeah about the breakfast buffet, they charged $50 for couples but it was not kind of what you call resort hotels, I would say same level as holiday inn breakfast buffet except free 😉 I wouldn't suggest to anyone and we will not go back! There is Hilton close by I rather say at Hilton! "
