"The room was great. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Their smoking area needs a seat. The biggest problem I had was when I asked them to book a cab for 7:30 to airport they confirmed they had. In morning SUV pulled up and asked if I was 7:30. I said I was waiting for cab. Front desk confirmed that was who they booked. As a lone female I asked him to further confirm by calling my number. He did. The charge was 45.00. I knew the fare was 30.00. I needed to get to airport so I paid. I only had 20’s so ended up tipping 15.00. Should have been 30.00 plus 10.00 tip. Ended up being 60.00 with tip. I felt it must have been a spouse or friend of front desk. Otherwise the hotel was fine."

"The room was clean, it was nice to have extra open space with the apartment feel, lots of counter space, and convenient that the shower and toilet were split up in separate enclosed doors. The tiny freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough for anything frozen. The community microwave we used a couple times when we were on our way out. The locks were confusing that they flash red and we didn’t always hear it unlock… knowing it does that in advance would be helpful. Loved supporting a good cause! Added bonus if you’re a coffee drinker."

"The room was HUGE and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was also huge and so was the shower, and it was so clean! The staff weren’t the most conversational but that was honestly perfect cause everything got done fast and I didn’t feel pressured to have a full conversation after a long drive. They also fixed my room key immediately when it wasn’t working. Genuinely great place and will probably stay here again when I come back to Nashville!"

"When I arrived at the hotel there were people blocking the entrance. They were littering around the parking area blocking the front door. I tried to call the desk to let them know because it didn’t appear to be safe to get out of my car. The phone went to a recording each time I tried. I ultimately had to leave and go to another hotel. When I did reach someone the next day they were not helpful and would not refund my $."
