"This is a great house for a large group. When we arrived I was a bit taken aback by how old the house seemed and was a bit disappointed. Then I met the owner and realized that he actually built the house in 2009 using all reclaimed materials. Gave me a true appreciation for the place It is located along a beautiful remote stretch of the Cumberland River, yet is only 5 minutes from Opryland and 15 minutes from downtown. The view from the back porch is amazing The only glitch we had was cold showers on day 1, but the owner came right over and made an adjustment and showed us how to work them which really helped. As advertised , there are only two full bathrooms, making showers a bit challenging for a large group. But we made it work. Great place and a great stay !!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, snacks and drinks available 24/7. Easy to get to Opry mall if that’s your thing. Great room rates, even last minute when I had to extend my stay one more day for work. Free parking was also a big plus. Most hotels in Nashville have a hidden 20$ a day or higher parking fee they only tell you about when you check in."
