"On the second day of our stay, we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, and ended our stay and did an early checked out. Not recommending if hygiene is important for you. The area was good, near mall and Gaylord, so you get access to some attraction, and about 15 min drive to Broadway. Staff were nice. Although, we put a dont-disturb sign, so no one get to our room, and came back seeing that our room was visited and cleaned. So, I am not typically leave any review, yet disappointing ones, but I felt that our experience needs to be shared with others who plan to book this property for their travel."

"Nice property. 7 min drive to Grand Ole Opry. They also have a $15 shuttle to downtown Nashville. We drove there and parking for the day was $50!!! Room was remodeled and clean. Breakfast had many options."

"For the price you pay the rooms were mediocre. Took about 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up and the room was hot. The property had no in restaurant or continental breakfast. No shuttle service to the airport. Expected more after paying $8000 for 4 rooms for 3 nights"
