    The master suite features a comfortable king bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual (Jack & Jill) sinks, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, with a nearby guest bathroom offering a convenient tub/shower combo.

    Step outside and enjoy Florida living year-round in the all-weather lanai, or unwind on the outdoor patio area, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

    House Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay
    To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
    • This is a smoke-free and vape-free home. To help maintain a fresh, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
    • The property is designed for peaceful enjoyment — parties and events are not permitted
    • Guests are expected to follow all local laws and community standards
    • Parking is reserved for standard personal vehicles only (no boats, RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles)
    • The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age
    Mail & Deliveries
    For privacy and security, mailbox access is not provided. If you require mail service during your stay, convenient PO Box rental options are available nearby.

    This home is pet-friendly and allows one dog up to 40 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet will apply.

    CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED ON RESERVATIONS, UP TO 30 DAYS

    Please Note: For your convenience and enjoyment, a golf cart is included as a complimentary courtesy from the owner. While every effort is made to keep it in good working order, should the cart become unavailable during your stay, a replacement will not be provided. In that case, you’ll have the option to rent a cart locally so you can continue exploring and enjoying all The Villages has to offer.

    ***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***
