    Enjoy all that The Villages has to offer! The Villa is located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Enjoy the restaurants, shopping, nightly music and many activities. This is a golfers dream with multiple courses and pools in close proximity to The Villa.

    Guest ID passes for the pools and golf are included. Lifestyle ID passes can be provided for an additional fee. Be in the the center of it all!

Our host Tim was wonderful with answering questions and providing guest cards. The place was spotless and beautifully furnished. Location was great. Close to everything. The home was well equipped with everything you need and some start up supplies. We had a wonderful time!
