A Charming Stay Steps Away from Caerphilly Castle!
10/10 Excellent
"It was charming, close to the castle and local eateries. The hosts had a great book with detailed descriptions and explanations about the home. I would highly recommend to those who want to visit Caerphilly. "
"Look - I know this is an IBIS so you are not going to get all the whistles and bells, but it is an ACCOR group hotel, so the accommodation standards are high like they are with all this groups hotels.
We were welcomed by the lovely team to a spacious and bright reception/lobby area. Check-in was less than a minute. The room was very clean, of good size with comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Didnt have breakfast because we were meeting family in town.
I travel extensively for work. I would stay here again without hesitation."
"We came & stayed over the easter bank holiday as friends live 20 mins away. The location was perfect. And the owners were very friendly. Accommodating & doggy owners too. We wanted toget away from our hectic working lives and have a peaceful break with our two doggies. Plenty of walks. Definately book again."
"Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."
Caerphilly Castle is a huge medieval castle in the South Wales, located in Caerphilly, seven and a half miles north of Cardiff. The castle stands out from other Welsh castles thanks to two distinct factors. The first of these is its sheer size; it is the second largest castle in the UK after Windsor Castle, occupying 30 acres.
