"Location is excellent especially if you have a function in the area around the river front. Room had great amenities especially the lovely smelling toiletries. The breakfast at Mews was delicious with great coffee, Our only complaints was that we booked the garden wall view room which looked out the stone cliff wall. Very private. However the huge glass window was filthy, covered in dirt and huge bird poo splotches. It was so awful we just closed the curtain which made the room really dark. The rooms are already very dark with dim moody lighting. So it was a bit cave like. The mirror in the bathroom was terrible for makeup application. Bed comfy and linens and pillows nice. Room snacks very pricey."

"We had such a wonderful experience at W Brisbane. Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and stylish, and our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring Brisbane. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and it made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you, W Brisbane, for making our anniversary stay so special. 10/10 highly recommended Eve& Scott"
