"Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was well located, closer to Central station than expected. The pool was not heated. However the buffet breakfast was really disappointing. Some of the food was burned (bacon, pastries) and the coffee machine wasn't working. On the first morning we were there around 8am and various things were empty. There needed to be a lot more care and attention given to the breakfast - prepayimg this cost us hundreds of dollars over the two mornings so it wasn't like it was a free perk."

"This serviced apartment Hotel has great rooms! However after many years of staying here I can honestly say they need some renewed attention to detail… and pride!! The rooms are great, but need a bathroom juuzz. (Drains need a flush). The pool area upstairs is in need of a good clean and also the gardener needs to water the plants regularly - a good deal of them are close to dead! Staff are polite and kind The cleaner /house keeper does Not come to service the room Every day - which is frustrating, as the price for the rooms would seem that they should! 1 x each three days or so! When you are away - it’s nice to not have to make your bed and co… Anyway. I do like this place I have stayed many, many times while doing business in town… Generous proportioned, modern and nice decor. Great location!!!"
