"Staff was fabulous, only thing I was unhappy with was that we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. I’m not sure if it’s the cold weather and being on the 17th floor, however it never got over lukewarm in the shower and the sink was always straight up cold."

"Rooms could use some renovation since they seem a bit outdated and old. However the staff make sure each room is clean very well. The office staff are all wonderful. Extremely polite and respectful."

Sitting chair could be updated,its old .tv 50"4k ,was good ,was swivel wall mount.no small refrigerator at all.not alot of guests.Didnt like to see a small glue trap for mice under the heater/ ac...but only stayed 1 night wasy checkin,very quiet."
