    Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet, Adjustable Toilet Seat, Grab Rail. Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Back garden with patio, garden furniture, thatched hut and BBQ. Meadow (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. This property has a natural water supply via borehole.. Pear Tree Cottage is a sumptuous holiday retreat. Boasting a spacious, single level accommodation including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area and a separate library/study.

    Nestled within the owners’ extensive grounds, the cottage has its own garden, with private sunny patio and garden furniture, a great place to relax and enjoy. A thatched hut provides a perfect place for sundowners and the covered deck is ideal for a morning cup of tea. There is even a circular walk available from the doorstep, and a network of quiet lanes to enjoy. Lovingly styled by the Scandinavian owner, the property offers authentic ‘hygge’. Fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday; Pear Tree Cottage offers a perfect getaway. The nearest shop and pub are approximately 4 miles away and the closest large supermarket is 6 miles away.

Such a beautiful place to stay, wonderful cottage with everything you could need, tranquil garden and a lovely meadow to walk round, we even had a mother deer and her baby come through the garden at night, we would highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be returning for another holiday hopefully for longer. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful cottage, the warmth and style of the cottage made us feel so at home. The garden was so lovely to wake up to and have our first coffee of the day. We have never stayed in such a well accommodating cottage, everything your needs would desire and more. Penny was a charming host and I was sad to leave this tranquil place. We would certainly recommend it highly⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
