"Excellent Stay with Outstanding Reception – Minor Breakfast Service Issue I stayed at Baraka Tower Hotel in Eastleigh, Nairobi, Kenya, for four nights, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. The customer service at the reception was absolutely excellent. Zamzam and her team were first class, always welcoming, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help guests. Their warm attitude truly made me feel at home. The cleanliness, safety and security, and the location of the hotel were all outstanding. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay, and the accommodation itself deserves a five-star rating in terms of comfort and standards. However, the only downside was the included breakfast and the service in the breakfast area, which was quite poor. In particular, one staff member (Adlate) lacked a welcoming attitude and customer service skills, which affected the breakfast experience. Despite this, I would still highly recommend Baraka Tower Hotel. The accommodation and reception service are exceptional, and with improvement in the breakfast service, the hotel would be truly outstanding. Happy customer, Abdi "
