"Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged it off and said we don’t check bookings made through a third party - but was very happy to take the £600 payment off me!"

"Very clean room with comfortable bed, couch, big TV, great bathroom supplied with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Lovely breakfast as well. A 10/10 stay no complaints!"
