The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were clean, although they felt a little dated. The hotel’s paid private parking was convenient, but the spaces were extremely tight, making it difficult to get in and out of the car once parked.

"Had a wonderful staff and as a coeliac they even prepared afternoon tea at short notice which was delightful. Once again was not let down in the evening with a Gluten Free menu and had a wonderful meal. My only criticism was at Breakfast no Gluten Free menu and the waitress was no very helpful just ..."

"Overall, our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were phenomenal. The room was a bit dated and the desk was super scuffed up. It wasn't dirty per se, but definitely could have been a bit nicer."
