"Staff were very abrupt and not very helpful. The reception was often unmanned and I couldn't find reception staff. Room was in need of repair with various leak marks on the ceiling. Wasn't the experience I was expecting from the photos on the listing. "

"The only problem was the car park is too small, wasn't aware when I booked that we would have to pay nearly £9:00 per night. The hotel itself was very good, clean, well kept with helpful staff. The breakfeast was simply and plentyful."

"Clean room, nice surroundings but short staffed bar and the evening meal was definitely an overpriced ‘pub grub’ offering. Doesn’t feel like they’re focussing on being a high class establishment anymore but the stay was comfortable enough."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable stay; we were there for one night as we were passing through and only visiting the below mentioned places. The location great for Wentworth Woodhouse stately home and Wentworth Garden Centre (both 3/5 mins away in the car). Pretty part of the country."
