"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The price was completely unreasonable considering the condition of the facilities. Everything felt extremely outdated, including the gym equipment, which was old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. I even noticed bugs on some of the equipment, which was unacceptable. The mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well during the stay. In addition, the actual hotel environment looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway throughout the night. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations at all, and I would not recommend it considering the price and quality provided."

"I was booked including breakfast but when I get there they said breakfast isn’t included which is terrible and premium room we regular room. That was upset me never use Expedia terrible"

"The stay was enjoyable, staff were helpful, the room was comfortable. Elevators were a little small/crowded but that comes with the age of the building. Built in 1914 as the The Dominion Bank headquarters which also means the hotel has some very nice architectural elements. We stayed in the lower floors which is original building. "
