My wife and I discovered this wonderful location totally by accident. Saw a sign off the picturesque A702 and thought we would check it out by traveling up a very narrow road for a mile or so. There is also a nature trail around the lake showing local habitat ( 2 miles approx) and great picture opps. Magical!

Windows don't fit properly, so draughty and hear outside road noise. Have stayed in 3 different rooms, same experience. Cheaper than other nearby hotels, but expect better. Note they charge extra £5 to park if u dont book direct, read the small print. Staff nice though.
