"Room was mostly clean with well established cobwebs in an upper corner of the living area. Rug was coming apart at entrance to bedroom. Bathroom had a lot of wear. It needs a complete renovation as the shower doors do not keep water from escaping & there is paint missing, chipping. & fading. Wallpaper had staining."
